Remote Consultations

Eye examinations are traditionally face to face visits, however it is now possible to conduct some appointments remotely. For all queries and concerns about vision please continue to contact your local Visioncare at Home branch by phone or email as usual.

Some queries can be discussed via phone or email. If a remote consultation by video is the best solution then you will be issued with an appointment for this. Video consultations are carried out via NHS Scotland Attend Anywhere – a secure video call service that can be easily accessed via the google chrome or apple safari browser, with no app to be installed.
